If you’re looking for a realtor that is knowledgeable, has patience, is honest/realistic, caring, and overall, just a good human being, John is your guy hands DOWN.
We have explored Realtors in the past and they have been pushy – trying to make the sale. Not John what so ever. He genuinely wants to make sure you’re comfortable with the home (he does a soft inspection and points out important specs of the house) neighborhood, mortgage payments, and offer. It was like working with a friend who’s looking out for your best interest.
We did all of this in a not so great housing market. The amount of patience he has, I mean I have to give him kudos. We changed our minds on a few homes and he was always so positive and said let’s see if something else will list. (Side Note: Lots of driving! ??)
As far as his response time, I know we were not the only customers he was working with, but it felt like it. Meaning he would respond so quickly!!
I’ll get off my soapbox now but if you’re looking for a reputable Realtor, it’s John. Don’t waste time continuing to look for one. He’s right here.
